It is action that can be a color halftone, half-tone. カラーハーフトーン、ハーフトーン加工が出来るアクションです。
An action set that CMYK color half tones (blur, weak blur, no blur) and black halftone (blur, weak blur) respectively.
For the convenience of using the tone setting, the size of the dot is not so large.
For illustration use, it is recommended to use the last reduction after shrinking.
If you use the action in the color halftone system, a folder like the image will be created.
When you delete layer black, it looks like a sample of "(Black Layer Without)" shown in the figure below.

CMYKカラーのハーフトーン（ぼかし、弱ぼかし、ぼかしなし）と黒ハーフトーン（ぼかし、弱ぼかし）をそれぞれ作れるアクションセットです。
トーン設定を使っている都合上、ドットのサイズはあまり大きくはないです。
イラストでの使用の場合、最後に縮小をかける方は縮小後に使用することをおすすめします。
カラーハーフトーン系のアクションを使用した場合、画像のようなフォルダーが作成されます。
blackレイヤーを削除すると、下図の「（blackレイヤー抜き）」のサンプルのようになります。
