「オートアクションの大雑把な操作方法」
トーンの作業をしたい画像（写真、イラスト）を用意します
作品ファイルは変更されてしまうので「別名で保存」などをしておきましょう
レイヤーパレットでトーンの変換したいレイヤーを選んでおきます
（１枚のレイヤーに対して処理します。
複数枚のレイヤーで１枚のイラストを構成している場合は
レイヤーを結合しておく必要があります）
オートアクションで解像度「600〜300dpi」を選んで
（トーンの網のサイズは解像度に左右されます）
再生します
続けて
オートアクション「効果トーン（○○線）」を選んで
終了までしばらく待ちます
線抽出と黒ベタと４つの濃度のトーンで作成されたレイヤーが出来上がります

不思議なトーンの貼り付け方をしていますが
あとからトーンを修正できるようになっています

「black」以下のレイヤーを非表示にしました（非表示にしなくても問題はありません）
それぞれのレイヤーのレイヤープロパティを表示しながら、色の閾値を変更します
「（line）の線の太さを変更する」
画像が小さいとか、さらに大きいとか、線抽出の線の太さをなんとかしたい場合に
手動ですが変更できる部分があります
オートアクションを開いてコマンドの確認をしてください
「ガウスぼかし」とそのひとつ飛ばした
「レベル補正レイヤー設定」とまたひとつ飛ばした
「２値化レイヤー設定」の三つの
（設定切り替えチェック）を「オン」にします
この状態でオートアクションを再生します
（添付は画像サイズを小さくしてテストしてます）
「ガウスぼかし」「レベル補正レイヤー設定」「２値化レイヤー設定」で
数値による入力が可能になります
（「キャンセル」を押すとオートアクションは途中のまま止まってしまいます
必ず「OK」で続けるようにしてください
はじめからやり直すのであれば「キャンセル」してください）
順番をミスって解像度の変更を忘れたましたが
オートアクションで後からでも問題なく解像度を変更することはできます

イラストの代わりに3Dモデルのレイヤーをトーンにしてみました
透過部分は透過のまま処理ができています
（塗りの部分が半透明の場合は処理できないわけではありませんが推奨しません）
