③ Highlights: dodge (Light emitting) layer for drawing in white
1 to 2: used to directly retouch the layer you want to be from happiness.
2-3: Especially when you want to highlight the highlights. It can also be used for the expression of particles such as the iris of lame or pupil.

①ぴからせ：同レイヤー用②ぴからせはっきり：同レイヤーハイライト用
③ぴからせハイライト：覆い焼き(発光)レイヤーに白で描く向け
１～２：ぴからせたいレイヤーに直接加筆する時に使う。
２～３：その場合でも特にハイライトをつけたいときなどに。ラメや瞳の虹彩などのパーティクル(粒子)表現にも使える。
３：名前の補足部分通りの使い方以外にも、不透明度を下げた「加算(発光)」レイヤーに水色や黄色などで眼球の光の反射を描くとそれっぽくなる。
また、適当にハイライトを描いた上で発光レイヤーを追加してハイライトをなぞるように適当に線を引くといい感じにハイライトが輝きを増します。

①ぴからない：色をスポイトしながら
②ぴからないぼんやり
③線付きぴからない
④ふち塗り：一筆で塗りつぶす
１～３：主線や塗り(影)のラインに使ったりメイクに使ったり。別レイヤーを用意せず直接加筆する場合はペンの合成モードを色々変えるのも有り。
３：作例の場合は唇の血色や虹彩の色が濃い点々などに使用。
４：塗り絵のように、フチを描いてからその中を塗りつぶすようにして使う。
作例ではおでこと首の影に使用。玄人はペン設定の不透明度を1にしても面白い。
下の絵の髪部分のようにハイライト？につかうのも楽しいかもしれない。

こういうトゥルッとした瞳の描き方はしたことがないので参考になりづらいかもしれません。
瞳孔などの濃い部分は焼き込みカラーレイヤーで色を強く濃くしました
この唇の血色？(色の濃い縦線)やツヤは合成モードなどを変更せずそのままのペン設定で描いてます。
