あくまでも[応用]ですので、黒１色の文字には使えません。

First of all, please adjust priority gaussian blur.
When the check box is checked, the settings dialog appears when the action is played.
If you are still not sure, try fiddling with the shrink selected area.

"Scaling and rotation" is used for moving highlights.
(There was no check box when I used the move layer, but it was a simple move which did nothing with the expansion and rotation.)

文字の大きさや太さによって、ハイライトが良い結果にならない場合は（特にゼリー風）
まずは「ガウスぼかし」を優先的に調整してください。
チェックボックスにチェックを入れると、アクション再生時に設定ダイアログが出ます。
それでもイマイチな場合は「選択範囲を縮小」もいじってみてください。
（「ゼリー風」のみ。「ラフなツヤ」には縮小はありません）
「拡大・縮小・回転」はハイライトの移動に使用しています。
（拡縮も回転も何もしてないただの移動ですが、レイヤー移動を使ってしまうとチェックボックスが出なかったのでその対策です）
最終的に必要そうであればこれにもチェックを入れてください。
適当に描いた文字でもそれっぽくなります。急ぎたい時に是非。
アクションをかけたあとは、トーンの柄を変えたり、グラデーションを反転したり、自由にアレンジしてください。
