Since the end of November, 2018, LINE Emoticons can now be manufactured and sold.
I made a auto action so that I could make the emoticons LINE, so please try using ̧please.
-Please ① ●
CLIP STUDIO PAINT using the interpolation direction "high accuracy (average color)" of the deformation mounted in the ver.1.8.4.
Use with version 1.8.4 or later .
-Please ② ●
If you are making a Deco character, do not use an existing font.
Fonts also have copyright.
Please produce a complete original Deco character without using it for both a paid font and a free font.
-Introduction ●
Please register the downloaded "LINE emoji" auto action.
You can register with import material set on the menu of the auto action palette.
If you select "button mode" on the menu of the auto action palette, you can click the button to run it.
(If you want to delete or edit auto action, deselect "button mode". ）
● How to use ●
● Create Emoticons from image data
-Draw a line drawing illustrations and take the garbage hand
Read the black and white clear pen image data.
"I run the Trash" auto action to extract a line drawing the hand-drawn illustrations.
It's easier to understand what you don't need, so let's turn it off.
(If the white edges are not visible or too thick, adjust the "border effect" thickness of edges in the layer property.)
-Line art, when you run the auto action create emoji,
A dragonfly and an inner frame are displayed on the canvas of 180x180px, and the illustration is put in the inner frame.
The layer is like this.
Import a PNG image, auto action create emoji, it is like this.
An illustration will be placed inside the specified margin.
-For those who make from the start in scale ●

If it is hard to draw in scale (180x180px), you may want to draw a picture with a canvas size (square) of about two to three times, save PNG, and run the "create Emoji from image data" auto action.
-Production Tip ●
The actual LINE emoticon that I tried to make with the margin 5px is here.
The spacing of the pictures is quite narrow.
Deco character when you produce it, you might need more margins...

2018年11月末頃から、LINE絵文字も製作販売できるようになりました。
LINE絵文字の製作がラクにできるよう、オートアクションを作りましたので宜しければ使ってみてください。
●お願い①●
CLIP STUDIO PAINT ver.1.8.4で搭載された変形の補間方向「高精度（色の平均）」を使用してます。
バージョン1.8.4以降で使用してください。

デコ文字を製作する場合、既存のフォントを使用しないでください。
フォントにも著作権があります。
有料フォント・無料フォントともに使わずに、完全オリジナルでデコ文字を製作してください。
●はじめに●
ダウンロードした「LINE絵文字つく～る」オートアクションを登録してください。
オートアクションパレットのメニューにある「セット素材を読み込み」で登録できます。
オートアクションパレットのメニューにある「ボタンモード」にしておくと、ボタンをクリックすれば実行します。
（オートアクションを削除したり編集する場合は、「ボタンモード」を解除してください。）
●使い方●
●画像データから絵文字を作成する●
●手描きイラストを線画抽出してゴミ取り
白黒はっきりしたペン入れ画像データを読みこみます。
「●手描きイラストを線画抽出してゴミ取り」オートアクションを実行。
不要なゴミがわかりやすくなっているので、消しましょう。
（白フチが見えない、または太すぎる場合は、レイヤープロパティにある「境界効果」フチの太さを調節してください）
●線画から、絵文字作成オートアクションを実行すると、
180x180pxのキャンバスにトンボ・内枠が表示され、内枠にイラストが入ります。
レイヤーはこんな感じになります。
PNG画像を読み込んで、絵文字作成オートアクションすると、こんな感じです。
指定の余白の内側にイラストが納められます。
●原寸ではじめから作る方用●
トンボと内枠が表示されます。
原寸(180x180px)では描きづらい場合、２～３倍ぐらいのキャンバスサイズ（正方形）で絵を描いて、PNG保存して、「画像データから絵文字を作成する」オートアクションを実行した方がいいかもしれません。
●製作ヒント●
試しに余白5pxで作ってみた、実際のLINE絵文字がこちら。
絵の間隔、結構狭いです。
デコ文字製作するときは、もっと余白が必要かも。。。
LINE絵文字をスタンプとして使うと・・
通常のLINEスタンプより、かなり小さく表示されます。
