新と旧ブラシのブラシ先端は使い勝手はほぼ同じですが、新ブラシはブラシ先端画像をグレーで登録したので、設定の応用がしやすいと思います。また、バランスよく描きやすいように、ブラシ先端の画像を調整しました。
