It is an action to create a new white cross-hatching noise, if you use it on a layer created with a decoration brush of the most system, it becomes a texture such as white fragment tones.
Note: Because you are using the selection stock feature, it is an error to have a stock layer selection in the file.
How to use: Specify selection in ordinary auto select, and perform the action. I think it may be a material of the white piece layer that was performed in the action.

使用方法：普通に自動選択などで選択範囲を指定しアクションを実行して下さい。アクションで実行した白カケレイヤーを素材化しても良いかと思います。
