When I paint it on the same layer, the color mixes and there is the thing that a spot occurs. 同一レイヤー上で塗り重ねると、色が混じって斑がでる事があります。
If you paint on the same layer ★, you will be able to spot mixed with the color you are already painting.
The background is transparent because it is ★ translucent.
★同じレイヤー上で塗り重ねると、既に塗っている色と混ざり合った斑ができます。
★半透明なので背景が透けます。
