It is a prism pen that glows in seven colors.The pen setting is set to dodge (light emission) from the original.
Update June 25: Changed the combine mode of pen settings from dodge settings to "Normal". I thought that there are many people who create separate layers of effects and illustrations, so I changed it. If you say, "It's okay as it is," please use it as it is without updating.
