It is a decoration brush that can draw flash. フラッシュの描けるデコレーションブラシです
Since it utilizes smart object, it is recommended for use with Ver.5 or later.
Draw an ellipse freehand and adjust it with smart object. If there is a discrepancy between the start and end points of the brush, fine-tune the size so that the joints are not visible.
Try other shapes such as curves and straight lines in Smart object
Since I'm utilizing a ribbon brush, I'm assuming I'm drawing lines from left to right

スマートオブジェクトの曲線や直線など他の図形も試してください
