6 hand shapes

Left to right, top to bottom:
Feminine slender, Masculine lean, Baby plumpMasculine thick, Feminine thick, Masculine rugged

notes:
- On two of them the wrist 3D model is cutting into the hand 3D model by a bit because of how far the Hand Mixer settings are pushed, but it doesn't impede use. (By limiting Hand Mixer to avoid this we wouldn't be able to get such rough hands and joints)
- If we had a finger taper option that only tapered the finger tip I would've applied this to the Baby hand shape; however finger taper only tapers from the middle knuckle down and the changing point is stark, so I've only used it as far as I could while keeping it looking natural.
- As the bones in baby hands aren't fully developed, with tiny finger bones placed far apart, and baby hands lack any wrist bones, the baby hand shape will need to be selectively and minutely posed in order to keep it from looking odd, as the base hand model is modeled after a fully grown adult hand and primarily intended for that, thus it has indication of fully formed bones no matter how hard you attempt to hide that through the Plump slider.
*These are not poses, they are hand SHAPES for the new CSP 5.0 hand model.*
