We created a creative office in 3D.
◯Office image
The image of an office on the first floor of an urban office building with glass walls and high lighting, with a somewhat modern image.
The area is about 30 tsubo (about 98 square meters), which is enough space.
Not only the office floor, but also the reception space when customers come is secured.

・ The company name is lined with horizontal letters and you can't tell what kind of company it is at a glance, but it is an IT-related company that is strangely well-behaved.

It is an image of an office that can be used as a little creative office rather than a so-called company that has been around for a long time.
◯Office interior
There are 14 seats.
The island of desks is arranged at an angle, giving the image of an office where opinions and consultations are actively held within the company.
There are also two types of desks: clerical and creative.
It can be used according to the character of the character.
There is also a café space on the north side of the office.
It's like taking a break or coming up with ideas over a cup of coffee.
The reception space was created as a space for visitors, but it can also be used as a meeting area.
Since there are many object, it is finished in an office-like atmosphere just by converting LT.

3D - クリエイティブ系オフィス office-cool
3Dでクリエイティブ系オフィスを制作しました。
◯オフィスイメージ
ガラス張りで採光性も高く、やや近代的なイメージのある都会のオフィスビルの1Fにあるオフィスのイメージ。
広さは約30坪(約98平米)と十分な広さ。
オフィスフロアだけでなくお客様が来られた時のレセプションスペースも確保されています。
・イラストレーターを抱えるクリエイティブオフィス
・新進気鋭の建築家がトップの建築事務所
・社名に横文字が並びパッと見一目でなんの会社か分からない、けど妙に羽振りのいいIT関係の会社
・社員皆全体的に若め。インテリアや内装を一手に手がけるデザイン事務所
所謂昔からあるような会社というよりはやや現代的な、ちょっとしたクリエイティブ系オフィスとしてもお使い頂けるようなオフィスのイメージです。
◯オフィス内装
席は14席。
机の島は角度をつけられて配置されており、社内での意見交換や相談などが活発に行われているようなオフィスのイメージです。
机のタイプも事務的なものとクリエイティブ系なもの2種類用意。
登場人物のキャラに合わせてお使い頂けるようになっています。
オフィスの北側にはカフェスペースもあり。
ちょっと一息入れたり、コーヒーを飲みながらアイデア出しをしているようなシーンに。
レセプションスペースは来客用のスペースとして制作しましたが、ミーティングエリアとしてもお使い頂けます。
オブジェクトが多いのでLT変換するだけでオフィスらしい雰囲気に仕上がるようになっています。
◯オブジェクトは入れ子構造
ある程度オブジェクトはペアレント化しており、纏めての表示・非表示が出来るようにしてあります。
◯総ポリゴン数
2,229,180。
ややポリゴン数が多いのでお使いになられる際はこまめにセーブする、不要な部分は非表示にするなどしてお使い下さい。
