◯SOHOとは?

　SOHOはSmall Office Home Officeの略語。

　小さな事務所や家を仕事場にして働く仕事のやりかたの事です。

◯オブジェクトイメージ

　かなり手狭です。

　6畳間(3坪)。

　・一軒家の自宅の一室を事務所にしている。

　・あまり広くない自宅マンションの一室を当座の事務所にあてがった。

　そんなイメージのSOHOです。

　家具のデザインも"初期経費を抑えたい”ようなイメージにしたかったので、”量販店やホームセンターでとりあえず手頃な価格帯のもので揃えた”ような雰囲気にしてあります。

　天井が低めだったり、来客の方はすぐに「壁のそこ明らかにそこウォークインクローゼットやんけ」と気づくような内装。

　壁一面に机やラックなどをびっしりと並べておりスペースを無駄に使わないというより使えない雰囲気。

　来客用の机や椅子はしまうスペースがないから畳んで壁に立てかけてあるなど、あくまで”自宅”のイメージが強い雰囲気にしてあります。

◯使用キャライメージ

　・税理士や社労士などの士業。大手事務所から最近1人で独立したばかり。駆け出しなのでまずは自宅の一室を仕事場として開業。光熱費の一部も経費に出来ますしまずはここからといった雰囲気に。

　・フリーランス。"極論PCだけあれば仕事が出来る”タイプ。「わざわざ高い賃料払うよりかはその分人脈作りや勉強会などの交際費や取材などの交通費、仕事で使う書籍の図書研究費に使う」といったタイプ

　・二児のママ。大学生の子はもう一人暮らしでやっていけるけど歳の離れた小学生の子は塾だ習い事だでまたお金が。旦那の稼ぎもあるけどもう少し余裕が欲しいので在宅で昔やってたDTPやイラストレーターの仕事を在宅で。

　・会社員。リモート可。週2回ぐらいは出社すればいいから後は在宅でほぼフレックスみたいな形。「仕事で使う本ここに集めてるし会社だと◯◯さん無駄に話しかけてくるんだよなー…。正直こっちの方が捗る」といった方に。
