Create a layer above SFX layer
Step 5.
Make it 'Clip to Layer Below'
Step 6.
Paint over SFXs and use various options of layer type to the version required.
There are also other ways to color them, this is just one of the many options.
!!All SFXs are separated layers that can be easily moved to canvas and colored the way you need. ALL LAYERS ARE BW to give you access to color it yourself.!!
