This is a box-shaped bed. 箱形のベッドです。

I think the use will be quite limited,
Wooden box = bed.
Scale the size appropriately so that it is easy to use.
Since it is only for monochrome TL conversion and use, it is made on the premise of adding and correcting.
TL conversion example is in a state where it has not been added or corrected.
Mats and duvets can be erased or displayed.
The quilt is for a rough mask, sorry.
It may also be used for small stages and lecterns.
If you put it on the wall, you may be able to make it look like a built-in sofa.
If there is a world line that is used as a container to load on horse-drawn carts, it may be used as a bed in camps.
It looks like stone making, so it may be a ceremonial table.
However, originally
"I made a magnificent wooden box for a poor man who is close to life to use for his coffin and uses it as a bed."
I made it to be used in such a setting, so I didn't think about breathability or practicality as furniture.
I think it is difficult to use without some kind of background setting.

用途がかなり限られると思いますが、
あたり用の木箱＝ベッドです。
大きさは適宜使いやすいように拡大縮小してください。
あくまでモノクロTL変換して使うあたり用なので加筆修正が前提の作りです。
TL変換例は加筆修正していない状態です。
マットと布団は消したり表示させたりできます。
掛け布団はざっくりとしたマスク用に、申し訳程度についています。
ちょっとしたステージや演台なんかにも使えるかもしれません。
壁にめりこませれば作り付けのソファみたいな感じにも出来るかも。
馬車などに積むコンテナとして利用している世界線があれば、野営地などでベッドに使われる可能性もあるかも知れません。
一応石作りにも見えるようにはなっているので、儀式の台とかにもなるかも？
ただ元々は
「寿命が近く貧しい人間が自分の棺桶に使うための立派な木箱を作り、ベッド代わりに使っている」
という設定で使うために作ったので、通気性や家具としての実用性みたいなものは考えられていません。
なにかしらの背景設定がないと使いづらいと思います。
