It is a free material.
It is a drinking water jar found in Egypt and other regions. It's just for casual use.
The platform assumes a wooden frame. To prevent it from wobble, tie it to a stone or wall with a string, or fix it with a board.
Each part can be moved independently.
The size may be small, so please adjust the size appropriately when using it.

How it is used in manga is a mystery, but I thought that if there was a material, it might have a role.

エジプト地方などで見かける飲用の水の壺です。あくまであたり用のそれっぽいものです。
台は木枠を想定しています。ぐらつかないように石や壁などに紐でくくりつけるなり、板で固定してください。
それぞれのパーツは個別に動かせます。
サイズが小さいかもしれないので使う場合は適当に大きさを調整してください。
