This material can be used in Studio Mode. (What is Studio Mode?)

The room is designed for a room in a high-rise building and has 52 seats.
There is also a café space, filing cabinets and bookshelves.

It was created with the same image as the "[3D] office corridor and elevator hall" that was released the other day.

Since the same entrance door is used, it can be used as a scene in the same office building.

There are monitors, PCs, keyboards, mice, accessory cases, etc. around the desk.
【Note】We have reduced it as much as possible, but the number of polygons is about 400,000.

【About size】
It is made in a size that fits the 3D drawing figure.

【Overall view】
There are 52 seats, shelves on the left and right walls, and a café space near the entrance.
The café space has a refrigerator, microwave, and hot water kettle that can be used for lunch and breaks.
The entrance door has a movable setting.

【About outline width】
When the outline width is turned off, some walls become transparent and it is easy to work.

【Layout】
Please make use of the set that hides the wall and adjacent shelves in the layout.

It is also possible to hide some of the walls, duplicate them, and arrange them side-by-side to create a deeper floor.

【About object】
I cut it as much as possible, but I have partially hardened the books on the shelves.

Multiple desks and shelves are grouped for ease of use, so you can move them together. It can also be moved individually.

【About drawers and sliding doors】
Most drawers are designed to open. (The movable setting is not given, but you can open it by selecting and moving the object)

The drawers of the following two shelves cannot be used. Thank you for your understanding.

先日公開した「【3D】オフィスの廊下・エレベーターホール」と同じ建物をイメージして作成しています。

同じ入口扉を使用しているので、同一のオフィスビルのシーンとしてお使いいただけます。

モニター、PC、キーボード、マウス、小物ケースなどデスク周りも充実しています。
【注意】極力削減していますが、ポリゴン数が40万ほどあります。
PCによっては動作が重い場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。


【サイズ感について】
3Dデッサン人形に合うサイズで作成しています。
（画像の3Dデッサン人形は付属していません）

【全体図】
座席が52席、左右の壁に棚があり、入り口近くにカフェスペースがあります。
カフェスペースには昼食や休憩時に使用できる冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、給湯ポットなどがあります。
入口扉には可動設定を付与しています。

【輪郭線幅について】
輪郭線幅をオフにすると一部壁が透明になり作業がしやすいです。

【レイアウト】
レイアウトに壁と隣接する棚などを非表示にしたセットもあるためご活用ください。

また壁を一部非表示にし、複製して横に並べることで更に奥行きのあるフロアにすることも可能です。

【オブジェクトについて】
極力切り分けていますが、棚の本などは一部固めています。

使いやすいように複数のデスクや棚をグループ化しているのでまとめて移動できます。個別にも移動可能です。

【引き出しや引き戸について】
ほとんどの引き出しが開くようになっています。（可動設定は付与していませんが、オブジェクトを選択、移動で開けることができます）

下記二点の棚の引き出しは使うことができません。ご了承ください。
