Both are pentagon typ brushes that you can use for decoration, dice or whatever.
These are just basic shape of 2 kinds of pentagons. one that seems solid/impact and the other you can see through.
There are many different ways you can use them, for overlay or add glow or if you just need the 3D shape of a pentagon.
I just wanted these kind of brushes for background decorations, maybe you need it too? XD
Oh PS: Those works for brush size 100 or above or it will look weak.
