(beware, the brushes are small ones! So they will be blurred if scaled too much!)
You can add the coloured crystals and the fossils simply by painting. (the density of the crystals can be changed in the tool property.
There is a grey crystal brush, which you can colour if you use a seperate layer with colour mode.
And you can even use "crystals_coloured" with the main- and subcolour. (to make them glow, you will need f.e. a glow dodge layer.
