In celebration of finally graduating college, I revamped an old maya file that I attempted to make back in my first semester of modeling.

All objects include some variation of layouts & materials.
Most notably, the Hutch includes Preset Movable Parts that allow you to open the drawers + open the cabinet door with ease. It also has a layout setting that removes all decoration for your convenience.
( Unless if my models are made with a lot of labor, I intend to keep all of my 3D Object assets free for the community. If you would like to pay anyways, you can gift some of your clippy below .)
