I made the parts based on the size of 4m x 4m.
The parts are made so that they can be connected with snaps.
By connecting the parts, you can create your own layout.
Also, since you can reduce the number of active object, I think that the work will be lighter for the number of polygons used overall.
The material collection of "Palace A_ Wall Set" contains three 3D Object of Wall 01 ~ Wall 03. This can be used in combination with the material collection of Palace A, which is sold separately.
The wall set has the role of a wall that separates the room.
Wall 01 has a straight line shape and can be used in aisles and rooms.
Wall 02 is an L-shaped wall, which can be used to cross or bend the corners and passages of the room into an L shape.
Wall 03 is a T-shaped wall. It can be installed between three adjacent rooms or between a passage + two rooms.
It can also be used in connection with the wall of a window set or door set that will be exhibited in the future.
Make sure your 3D Object is set to snap.
I think it is easier to use if you set the rotation snap angle of the sub tool detail to 45 °.

LT conversion example. When converting LT, I think that if you first create a large image resolution and lower the resolution after LT conversion, you will get a beautiful line.
This is a custom parts material for Palace A. Please use a combination of these.

In the future, I am thinking of exhibiting models that have already been laid out.
We plan to make the pre-laid out model a little cheaper because it cannot be laid out.
４ｍｘ４ｍのサイズを基準にしてパーツを作りました。
パーツ同士はスナップで連結できるように作ってあります。
パーツ同士を連結することでクリエイター様独自のレイアウトを作る事ができます。
またアクティブなオブジェクトを少なくできるので全体的に使うポリゴン数の割には作業が軽くなるかと思います。
"宮殿A＿壁セット"の素材集には壁０１～壁０３の３つの３Dオブジェクトが入っています。こちらは別売りの宮殿Aの素材集と組み合わせてご使用いただけます。
壁セットは室内同士を仕切る壁の役割を持ってます。
壁０１は直線の形状になっており、通路や室内に使用できます。
壁０２はL字の壁になってます、室内の角や通路を交差させたり、L字に曲げたりするのに使用できます。
壁０３はT字の壁になってます。隣あう３つの部屋を分けたり、通路+部屋２つなどの間に設置できます。
また今後出品する 窓セットや扉セットの壁とつなげて使用する事もできます。
３Dオブジェクトがスナップ設定になっている事を確認ください。
サブツール詳細の回転スナップ角４５°にすると使いやすいかと思います。

LT変換例です。 LT変換する際は初めに大きな画像解像度で作成しLT変換後に解像度を下げると綺麗な線になるかと思います。

レイアウト済みのモデルはレイアウトできない分ちょっとお安くする予定です。
