This is a brush set for drawing cherry blossoms. 桜の花を描く用のブラシセットです。
This is a set of cherry blossom brushes. 
There are three patterns, each monochrome (black and white for comics), with shadows, and without shadows.
Draw the back side with the back circle tool, then draw it one size smaller with the front circle tool, and if you use the cherry blossom brush on the front to hide the cherry blossom axis, it will look like that.
In the case of an overhead view, I think that if you use the back side as the main one, it will look like cherry blossoms.

The bonus brush is a remnant of what you thought would work, but it didn't. It might be cute if you use it for a frame or something.

裏円ツールで裏側を描いてから一回り小さく表円ツールで描いて、桜の軸を隠すように正面の桜ブラシを使うとそれっぽく見えます。
俯瞰の場合は裏側をメインで使うと桜っぽさが出ると思います。
それぞれモノクロ(漫画用白黒)、影あり、影なしの３パターンあります。円ツールは全部の向きが入っているものより裏と表が分かれているものの方が使いやすいと思います。
オマケのブラシは上手くいくと思ったらうまくいかなかったものの残骸です。枠とかに使ったら可愛いかもしれません。
