There are two types of actions
Take it as you like
- Contrast ratio 7:1 (thinner)
- Contrast ratio 4.5:1 (darker)

An "eye protection" layer is set at the top of the layer.
There is also a lock to prevent malfunction in the draft setting.
If you create a layer with the top state, the dialog "Currently cannot be brought to front" will be displayed, but you can select "Yes".

Level AA is the standard level of web accessibility
Based on people whose vision has deteriorated to about "20/40", which is often reported as standard visual acuity for elderly people around 80 years old.

Based on people with vision decline up to about "20/80"

使い方
好きな所でアクションを実行してください。
レイヤーの一番上に「目の保護用」レイヤーがセットされます。
下書き設定で誤作動防止にロックもかかるようになってます。
レイヤーが一番上の状態で作成すると「現在 最前面へ は、実行できません」のダイアログが表示されますが「はい」を選択で大丈夫です。

黒の線画に対し、グレーの色を決める基準として、Webのアクセシビリティの基準（ウェブコンテンツのアクセシビリティを向上させるための国際的なガイドライン）で提唱されているコントラスト比を採用してみました。
コンテンツの内容を理解するために必要なコントラストを確保することを目的としてるらしいので、画面上で作業するのにもきっと支障ないはず！と思ってます。
