I made it because I wanted to draw the scales effortlessly.
There are two of them: blur and anime tone.
I wanted to change the color freely, but when I made it monochrome, the blurred image was not reflected well, so I'm sorry, but I would appreciate it if you could change the color later with overlay.

色を自由に変えたかったのですが、モノクロにしたら上手くぼかしの画像が反映されなかったので、申し訳ないですが後から色をオーバーレイなどで変更して頂ければ幸いです。
