I am making it for 600dpi manga manuscripts.
All are "balloon tools".
I made a balloon tool for monologues with a white background that does not collapse even when placed on top of tones and solids, has a fluffy edge of the base paint, and looks somewhat natural even if the transparency of the base is lowered.
Since it is made for your own use, immediately after the DL, all of them are set to "Merge to drawing position text: Do not". Please make appropriate changes in the tool property.

トーンやベタの上に乗せても潰れない白地付きで、下地の塗りのエッジがフワッとぼけている、なおかつ下地の透明度を下げてもある程度自然に見えるモノローグ用フキダシツールを作りました。
自分で使う用に作っているためDL直後はいずれも「描画位置のテキストに結合：しない」設定になっています。ツールプロパティで適宜変更を行ってください。
