For top layer effect:
- If you want to use it on top of a tone, first remove the tone from the bottom layer. This is to avoid moire pattern.
- Then add the bottom tone layer to the top effect folder, make sure that the tone layer is on the bottom of the folder.
- You can adjust the tone settings in the folder layer property panel.
The tones were created in 600 DPI on B4 canvas. You can resize them as you want, but be careful when making them bigger as it could reduce the quality.
