The name of the brush is subjective. I don't think the rainbow is actually this color, but I imagine the cold and the midnight sun.
Please also refer to the "Pop Rainbow" brush that is now available.
After drawing on the raster layer, you can change it to your favorite color in the tonal correction.
It is intended to be used for deformed illustrations such as picture books.
