I've worked very hard on these and I'm so excited to share them!
There are pens to draw both realistic and stylized eyes. Most pens have the option of spray setting which will make the effect thicker. Many also have color jitter as an option. For the example I used a circular ruler with some pens which is available in the default sub tools.
