How to use the brush:
Add new layer to draw hair. 
Turn on the border effect of the layer and choose border color as black or whatever line color.
Choose white color(FFFFFF) to draw (Don’t forgot to adjust the Angle and Thickness of the brush, which is better for drawing hair strand shape)
After drawing hair, right click the layer and choose Rasterize to turn it into an image.
Finally, click Edit on the top menu, then choose Convert brightness to Opacity, then the white part deleted, you can keep the lineart.
Add more details for your character’s hair.
