If you draw in two layers with different luminance, it becomes considerably realistic.

When you use it by erasing it with a mask

ピンホールの原理で丸い光斑になりますが
絵の場合正円だと少し不自然に見えるので
やや楕円の光が散りばめられるブラシを作りました。
※日食の時は丸が欠けるのですが
その辺の説明は省かせてください。
上のイラストに、真ん中のレイヤーを覆い焼き（発光）輝度４０％で重ねました。
輝度の違う２枚のレイヤーで描画すると結構リアルになります。
（パースに合わせて変形しています）
お使いの時は輝度や、粒子サイズをお好みで調整してください。
トーン化するとこのような感じです。
マスクで消して使う場合は
レイヤープロパティを
効果範囲＞マスクした画像
マスクの表現＞階調＞あり
に設定して、透明で描画してください。
