A stray texture that got away.
Someone pointed out that in the Monochrome Texture Pack, the Spotty texture was not able to be downloaded. Whoops.
I decided to upload it separately so you can choose whether or not you'd like to add it. I feel I've made other better textures but it might be just what you need. :)
