It is a brush that can be painted crisply on a single layer and mixes colors well.
I was too lazy to separate the layers, so I made it for myself

I paint the clothes in the sample illustration with this brush only, one layer.
The two brushes have the same settings, only the tip image is different.
Weak pen pressure is strongly affected by the substrate.
The default setting is border of watercolor on, but you can turn it off if you like it.
