It's a brush I originally made for personal use, but decided to share with you all. The brush creates cuff accessories that Black people often wear in their hair. It is lined with black and filled with white. This makes it so that you can customize the coloring and so that it isn't just golden cuffs (the most common type of hair cuffs).
* Works especially well when paired with gradients. Just add the gradient layer above the layer with the hair cuffs, and set it to clip to the layer below.
