1. Default - I tend to paint on a large area.
2. Watercolor Border - This is the most commonly used option, and it is mainly used for blood on clothing.
3. Dual - Mix the foreground values and use them for hardened blood or extraphoretic blood.
Normally, I just use it while adjusting the size.
