If you want to draw only clear lines, the starting and ending of the lines is likely to be unfortunate.
I think it will be easier to draw well if you do not move the brush once you put it down, but continue to increase the pressure of the pen to make sure that the tip of the brush has become smaller, and then stroke it, or move it away from the screen without moving it from the spot as much as possible.

Play with the anti-aliasing and hardness to soften or stiffen the texture if you like.
くっきり線のみを描きたい場合、線の入り抜きが残念な事になりやすいです。
筆を置いた時に一旦動かさず、そのまま筆圧を強くして筆先が小さくなったのを確認してからストロークしたり、なるべくその場から動かさず画面を離すと上手く描きやすいかと思います。
