It's a heart scatter brush and balloon!
"Howa Heart Color Change" and "Color Change Howa Heart Monologue" can be colored. Others cannot be changed.
The brush density may be random by default.
There are many "All Soft Pink Hearts", so please remove the tip shape from "brush tip" and arrange it to your liking.
I think that turning on "Stroke" → "Compare brush tip with dark compositing" will change the feeling.
The scatter brush is dual for the time being.

「ほわハート色変更」と「色変更ほわハートモノローグ」は色変更可です。他は変更できません。
デフォルトでブラシ濃度がランダムになっていたりします。
「ほわピンクハート全部」は数が多いので「ブラシ先端」から先端形状を削除してお好みでアレンジしてみて下さい。
「ストローク」→「ブラシ先端同士を比較暗で合成」をオンにすると感じが変わると思います。
散布ブラシは一応デュアルになっています。
