This is the exterior of a shop building such as a 3D café and coffee shop.





The walls other than the front are also designed so that there is no sense of discomfort even if low buildings are lined up next to each other.
An easel-shaped menu table and a circular sleeve signboard. It is a stylish shop building with a door at the top of the stairs.
In addition to cafes, please use it as a variety of stores.


There are 5 colors: red, blue, black, white, and full white.
You can easily choose from material preset.






A glass object has been added to the windows so that the interior cannot be seen (left in the figure).
By selecting the layout preset, the glass is hidden and the back can be seen (right in the figure).
You can also show / hide from the object list, so please use it according to your purpose.











Below, LT conversion is performed with the default red color.












The door can be opened and closed freely.
Both signs (easel and sleeve type) are individually object, so you can change their orientation, location, or hide them.

隣に低い建物が並んでも違和感がないよう、正面以外の壁面もデザインされています。
イーゼル型のメニュー表と、円形の袖看板。階段をあがったところにドアがある、おしゃれなショップビルです。
カフェ以外にも、色々な店舗としてご活用ください。


カラーは、レッド/ブルー/ブラック/ホワイト/フルホワイトの計5種類。
マテリアルプリセットから簡単にお選びいただけます。






室内が見えないように、窓にガラスオブジェクトを追加しています（図左）。
レイアウトプリセットを選択することでガラス非表示になり、奥が見えるようになります（図右）。
オブジェクトリストからも表示/非表示が切り替えできますので、用途にあわせてご利用ください。











以下、LT変換はデフォルトのレッドカラーで行っています。












ドアは自由に開閉できます。
看板（イーゼル型、袖型）はどちらも個別オブジェクトなので、向きや場所を変えたり、非表示にすることもできます。

壁は内側も作りこんであるので、中から外を見るようなアングルにも使えます。
