[Filter]→[Blur]→ [gaussian blur]→ [Change blending mode] (any of the light-emitting systems)
* If you do not unlock the transparent of the duplicated layer, the filter will not work well.

おすすめはレイヤーを上に複製して
【フィルター】→【ぼかし】→【ガウスぼかし】→【描画モード変更】（発光系のどれか）
＊複製したレイヤーの透明部分のロックを外さないとフィルターがうまくできません。
