This is a color jitter brush.
This is a color jitter brush used to put down a lot of color. Small size brush can be used for details and large size brush can be used to put down interesting colors. If you use the large brush then just tap occasionally instead of dragging the pen. The brush is set to jitter all colors but if you want more of a one tone jittering brush then you can lower the jitter in the brush settings.
