There are two postures: one-sided and double-sided
Both two-sided and one-sided poses are included.
There are three kinds of underarm crutches :
(1) Both sides together (can be moved together on both sides or separately).
(2) Only the left side
(3) Only the right side
The default one-sided posture is to hold the armpit with the left hand, if you want to use the right hand instead, press this option in the toolbar
The one-sided pose holds the crutch with the left hand. If you want to adjust it to right hand, please click this button in the toolbar.
How to use axillary crutches correctly : HOW TO USE THE CRUTCHES CORRECTLY : (1) The crutches should be 5 cm (three finger widths) away from the armpit to avoid nerve compression, and the weight should be borne by the hand, not the armpit. (2) Bend the elbow 30 degrees. (3) The grip height is about a little lower than the hips, as shown in the figure. (4) The bottom of the crutch is located 15 cm diagonally in front of the foot.
(5) Bilateral is usually used when the injury is serious, and unilateral is used when the injury is mild/about to heal, but different people may have different situations.
(6) If you only use a unilateral axillary crutch, use the uninjured side to hold the crutch (important!!).
有單側與雙側兩種姿勢

腋下拐則有三種素材 :
(1)雙側一起 (可兩邊一起移動,也可分開移動)
(2)只有左側
(3)只有右側
單側的姿勢預設是左手拿腋下拐,如果想改成用右手拿,請按工具欄的這個選項

如何正確使用腋下拐 :
HOW TO USE THE CRUTCHES CORRECTLY :
(1)拐杖距離腋下5公分(三指幅)以避免神經壓迫,由手部承重,而非腋下。
(2)手肘彎曲30度。
(3)握把高度大約比臀部再低一些,如圖所示。
(4)拐杖底部位於腳的斜前方15公分。
(5)通常在傷勢較重時會使用雙側,傷勢較輕/即將痊癒時則使用單側,但不同人可能會有不同情況。
(6)如果只用單側腋下拐,請用沒有受傷的那側拿柺杖(重要!!)。
