This brush can make splashing patterns like a water drop splash!If you want to change the color of the line of this brush please lock the transparent pixels on that layer and then press "Ctrl+A"and then fill the layer of the splashing brush layer with the desired color, I made it easy to fill so you can fill it with your desired color!
