My favorite brushes I've released for free on CSP (plus a few I haven't yet released).
This is a huge pack that's mostly made of brushes I've released before with updated settings, plus five new brushes. I have a lot of brushes, so I thought it would be a good idea to release a pack that are my favorites of the bunch, the best brushes I made that I like to use. That way you don't have to download 300+ other brushes to find the nicest ones. ;w;
Some of the brushes are more basic, others are meant to mimic traditional paints & pastels, and a few are just for fun. Since there are so many brushes, do not be afraid to delete the ones you don't like or already have. :D
The new brushes are:
- Smooth Oval Dark
- Smooth Oval Light
- Quick Lousy Shading
- Waterdrop Blender
- Glide Sketch Blender
The left was mostly painted with the "Smooth Oval Brushes", the right was painted with the "Quick Lousy Shading" brush. The two blenders have previews further down. These are the main new brushes, there are also a number of brushes with updated settings too.
The brush categories are sorted by use. You can use them for anything you want, of course, and I encourage you to adjust the brushes to your liking. Always make sure your brushes are comfortable to your hand!
Sketching
All of these can be used for painting & coloring as well.
Lining
My default settings adjust stabilzation for speed, with the stability being 6. Change it to suit your style better if it does not feel right to you. :)
Coloring
The "Wide Painter" & "Overflow Tilt" both have tilt to them, turn it off if it doesn't suit you. :o
Blend and Erase
The "Snowfall Blender" & "Triangle Particle Blender" might run slow on less powerful computers. Be careful.
Other
Thanks for having a look, and an extra big thanks on all the downloads, likes, & follows over the past few years! It is very rewarding to see people use my brushes & have the brushes help others. :,D I'll leave you guys with some drawing examples I made with some of the brushes above:
