The previous sprouty dots were kinda crappy so I added an improved version that's actually a soft dotted airbrush!
Textured pens for a rougher shading/inking look, includes some bonus brush tips!
Turn off the random option in the brush size setting if the edges are a lil too crusty for you.
If you want to change the size of the sprouty dots go into the brush settings -> texture -> scale ratio
