There are four sizes of the solid pattern, and three sizes of hollow dots/squares.
The size of the pattern can be changed in the Sub Tool Detail Menu, under Texture/Scale Ratio. But if combining brushes, if you want them to line up with each other, the scale ratio must be the same for each brush.
