A brush made at 600dpi for the fast generation of multidirectional curls of differing hair textures. The pen tilt and flip options have been set to random to disperse the curls ... and well it gave off the feeling of playing with a blob, hense the name.
You can also play with the brush tip color and post correction to get it to your liking. Mix and match with my other brushes to get different effects.
