Set a draft layer and directly change the brush/pen/pencil color setting into blue.
You can use it before or after you draw your draft. Just play the auto action on the layer you wanted to, it will change the color of your sketch to blue as well.
Perfect for you if you sketch your storyboard with blue ink :)
note: you still can change the color too by changing this
