Among the ballet movements is rond de jambe a terre en dehors.
A rond is a half-turn of the other foot while standing centered on one foot.
A terre means "on the floor" and means to turn half a turn outward with your toes on the floor.
In ballet, depending on whether the rotation is directed outward or inward, they are called en dehors and en dedans, respectively.
In the Londejam Aterre, it is Andior (also spelled 'en d'or') that returns from position 1 to position 1 to position 1 >sideways> backwards> clockwise (clockwise) when the moving foot is the right foot.
Conversely, it is Andy Dang who returns from position 1 to back>sideways >front>1 (counterclockwise).
However, when the moving foot is the left foot, the clockwise direction (back and side) becomes Andi-dang, and the counterclockwise direction (front and side) becomes Andior.
Therefore, the concept of Andior and Andidan is not thought of as having an absolute orientation like a clock, but rather as whether the legs enter the body from the inside of the body (Andyandan) or from the outside of the body (Andior).

발레 동작 중 롱드잠 아테르(rond de jambe a terre) 앙디올(en dehors)입니다.
롱드(rond)는 한 발로 중심을 선 채로 다른 발을 반바퀴 돌리는 동작입니다.
아테르(a terre)는 "바닥에서"라는 의미로, 발끝을 바닥에 댄 채로 반 바퀴 바깥으로 돌리는 것을 의미합니다.
발레에서는 회전을 할 때 몸 바깥 방향으로 도는지, 몸 안쪽 방향으로 도는지에 따라 각각 앙디올(en dehors), 앙디당(en dedans)이라고 합니다.
롱드잠 아테르에서는 움직이는 발이 오른발일 때를 기준으로 1번 포지션에서 앞>옆>뒤>1번으로 돌아오는(시계 방향) 것이 앙디올('앙 드오르'라고 쓰기도 함)입니다.
반대로, 1번 포지션에서 뒤>옆>앞>1번으로 돌아오는(반시계 방향) 것이 앙디당입니다.
하지만 움직이는 발이 왼발일 때는 시계 방향(뒤옆앞)이 앙디당, 반시계 방향(앞옆뒤)이 앙디올이 됩니다.
그래서 앙디올, 앙디당 개념은 시계처럼 절대적인 방향을 가지고 있는 것으로 생각하기보다는 다리가 몸 안쪽으로 들어오는지(앙디당), 몸 바깥쪽에서 들어오는지(앙디올)로 생각하시면 편합니다.
