Concentric Circle Ruler.
The outside density is high.
The display size is automatic according to the resolution.
It is possible in all display, but it is housed in 116 ring A, 116 ring B, 232 ring C by the layer palette so as to be able to display it by reducing the density.
Layers can be integrated as needed.

表示サイズが解像度に合わせて自動です。
全表示でも可能ですが密度を減らして表示できるようにレイヤーパレット別に、116環A、116環B、232環Cに収納してあります。
必要に応じてレイヤー統合も可能です。
How to use: (example using only layer 116A)
As a ripple ruler, you can use it as it is.
As the ring-tree ruler, it can be used as it is.
It is possible to create a natural original deformed ruler if you take a little effort with manual deformation.
Create a drawing layer and draw it appropriately with Freehand.
It becomes a ring of the natural feeling when I put a random feeling in advance by "pinch vector line" tool (manual).
It is also operates to the display size, but the parameter of the effect range is half the size of the entire ring, and the "pinch level" of the Palais Meter is recommended "50 or more".
Reference movie is for ring-rings ruler, the image quality is coarse because it compresses a large capacity please forgive.
It is drawing after deformation,
It might become the finish of a natural feeling that the deformed after drawing.

利用方法：（レイヤー116Aのみを使用した例）
波紋定規として、そのままでも使えます。
年輪定規として、そのままでも使えます。
手動変形で少し手間を掛ければ自然なオリジナルの変形定規が作成可能です
描画用レイヤーを作成してフリーハンドで適当に描画します。
事前に「ベクター線つまみ」ツール（手動）でランダム感を付けておくと自然な感じのリングになります。
表示サイズにも因りますが、効果範囲のパラメーターはリング全体の半分位のサイズにして「つまみ加減」のパレメーターは「50以上」が推奨です。
参考ムービーは年輪定規用で、大容量を圧縮している為画質が粗いのが御容赦ください。
変形後に描画していますが、
描画後に変形した方が自然な感じの仕上がりになるかも知れません。
