From the CLIP STUDIO PAINT File menu, at the create new stage, click
From the illustration mode, set the A4 format and select the template provided.
Immediately, a guiding "vector" layer is created.
Eventually, you don't need this layer and delete it.
Of course, you can leave the vertical and horizontal dividing lines until the final stage.
The number part and the thick line in the center (the part to be cut with paper) are also drawn separately with vectors, so you can select them individually with the object tool.
Please create the appropriate content for page number.
The contents of "2", "3", "4", and "5" are usually created in layers--once created. Save it with clip file format.
At the final stage just before printing, the layers "2", "3", "4", and "5" are rotated 180 degrees and saved as aliases.
After that, print it out, cut the center of the paper, fold it, and you're done.

CLIP STUDIO PAINT のファイルメニューから、新規作成の段階で
イラストモードから A4判を設定して、提供のテンプレートを選択します。
直ぐに、ガイド的な「ベクター」レイヤーが作成されます。
最終的には、このレイヤーは不要なので削除して下さい。
勿論、縦横の分割線は最終段階まで残しても構いません。
数字部分や中央の太線（紙で裁断する部分）も、ベクターで分けて描画してあるので、オブジェクトツールで個別選択が出来ます。
ページ番号に該当する内容を作成して下さい。
「2」「3」「4」「5」の内容は普通にレイヤ-－分けして作成して、一旦。clipファイル形式で保存します。
プリントアウト直前の最終段階で「2」「3」「4」「5」のレイヤーを、180度回転して別名保存します。
後はプリントアウトして、紙の中央を裁断して折り合わせれば完成です。
