This brush was made with reference to the Lichtenberg shape.
If you draw with a white brush, then add the duplicate→layer below mode and blur the layer, you can draw something like that.
Since we do not make detailed adjustments, there may be gaps in the joints when the size is large.
If you draw it on human skin in multiply mode, it looks like this.

白いブラシで描いてから、複製→下のレイヤーモードを加算にして、そのレイヤーにぼかし加工をかけると、それっぽいものが描けます。
細かい調整はしておりませんので、サイズが大きいときにつなぎ目に隙間が出来てしまう場合があります。
人肌に乗算モードで描いた場合は、こんな感じです。
